The Body Mind Spirit Expo is returning to Chicago for the 11th year, March 3 and 4, at the Midwest Conference Center with a positive, healing atmosphere. Local practitioners from the community join others from throughout the country to provide the essential tools for discovering overall health and well-being.
Retail exhibitors offer everything from natural and holistic health products to spiritual books and enlightened art. Healers at the expo provide treatments ranging from massage and yoga techniques to intuitive readings.
For more than a decade, the Body Mind Spirit Expo has offered a safe environment for growth and exploration with events that create a friendly arena for the general public to increase their knowledge of alternative health and metaphysical topics.
