PrintEden Energy Classes Offered in Highland Park
Devi Stern, MS, an advanced Eden Energy Medicine practitioner, is offering a class, Feel Great Over 50, from 7:15 to 8:45 p.m., April 3, at Highland Park High School. Cost is $29. Energy medicine is based on the principle that the health of the body, mind and spirit are anchored in the body’s energy system.
Individuals may benefit from simple, empowering Eden Energy exercises that help enhance memory and clarity of thought, relieve arthritic joints, improve quality of sleep, overcome stress and fears, aid digestion and boost the immune system.
Test Without Stress! also taught by Stern, is offered from 7 to 9 p.m., April 17, at the school. Participants will learn to improve testing and study skills with Eden Energy Medicine. Whether testing for a new job or for advancement, students will learn balancing techniques that help to prepare better and test with a clearer mind. The class is appropriate for college and high school students age 16 and up.
